Dr. Kobus Neethling is the inventor of the Neethling Brain Instrument suite of tools, the founder-owner of the Kobus Neethling Group and the President of the South Africa Creativity Foundation.  He has demonstrated history of working in the professional training & coaching industry. He has extensive experience working in Nonprofit Organizations, Executive Development, Business Planning, Career Development, and Coaching. He holds multiple advanced degrees including MA, MEd, EDD, Post-Phd focused in Psychology, Didactics, Creativity, and Innovation from the Universities of Cape Town, Potchefstroom, and the University of Georgia.

Annemarie Burger founded Solutionsfinding with Dr Kobus Neethling in 2000. Having trained originally as a computer programmer she was instrumental in designing the current NBI profile system. She was involved in the senior management of Solutionsfinding for 20 years and, together with Dr Neethling, played an important role in the negotiations to establish the NBI internationally.  Annemarie holds an MBA and has served as the project manager for the personalized NBI reports.

Heinz Neethling is a senior facilitator and consultant at the Kobus Neethling Group (KNG). Heinz is also the COO at the Applied Creativity Institute for applied creative business development. Heinz is also a shareholder and master trainer at SolutionsFinding, facilitating practitioner training both locally and internationally on the NBI battery of thinking instruments. Heinz holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Marketing) and a postgraduate degree, a MA in Leadership and Organization Studies, he is also a PhD candidate in Leadership and Organization studies at the University of Southern Maine. As a consultant and trainer for KNG, Heinz’s areas of specialisation include training, coaching, business development, facilitation, and conflict resolution. Internationally, he has trained, facilitated workshops, and presented numerous projects.

Makheni is a master practitioner and co-owner of the Dutch NBI® agency. She applies the method in face to face and virtual coaching and in facilitation of workshops on topics such as workplace leadership and team effectiveness. She is also a professional speaker and has 25 years experience in offering these services. She is the Author of a wellness book titled ‘Healthier and Slimmer’ / ‘Gezonder en Slanker’.

Koen,is the founder and master practitioner and certification trainer of the Dutch NBI® agency: Breinvoorkeuren NBI®: www.breinvoorkeuren.nl

Koen has over 30 years of experience in consulting, training and facilitation services. He specializes in works council and health and safety training and coaching. He earned his MSc in occupational health and safety from the University of Amsterdam.

Cristina is a managing partner of Machado & Valverde Lda and NBI® Master Practitioner and Certification Trainer at https://mind-set.pt  and https://orientacao-vocacional.pt.  Cristina has worked with the NBI® suite of assessments since 2007 with both individuals and teams. Her passion is vocational guidance. She studied Marketing at the European University and Psychology at Universidade de Lisboa.
